Born in Lisbon.

Currently lives and works in São Paulo, Brasil.

 

Graduated in 2015 from the PhD program in Architecture at The University of Tokyo, she has conducted research from April 2010 in Kengo Kuma Laboratory, with a Monbukagakusho scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.

 

As architect chartered by the Order of Portuguese Architects, she has worked in research, architecture and urban planning, and is member of IISBE [International Initiative for a Sustainable Built Environment].

She has a Diploma Degree in Architecture [2004], and Post-Graduation in Bioclimatic Architecture [2009] from Lisbon’s Faculty of Architecture [FA-UTL, Lisbon]. She has received artistic formation at António Arroio Artistic School, FBAUL and AR.CO, in Lisbon, and at the University IUAV di Venezia, as exchange student in 2002, funded by the ERASMUS Programme.

“collaborative architectures” is a work-in-progress resource platform materializing through a range of different media [from architecture to photography, research and other formats]. Deriving from the intertwined coexistence of biodiversity and architecture, it shifts into more artistic explorations on the relation between material textures, place and identity.
